Introduction

This is a article on how to honor the father. The father I am referring to is God. God is the one and only father. God is also a jealous father and demands our love.

God demands our love above over all things. When I say God demands our love over all things I am talking about first of all is our physical love to God. God wants all our love and he don't like to share the love you have for him. In the Bible the book of exodus chapter 20:3 tells us that we should have no other gods before him. If you noticed I did not capitalize the word gods in the sentence and the reason for that is because we as humans can have things in our lives that we put before God or that we put first.

We as humans sometimes are all guilty of letting things and circumstances determine our daily lives and what we do first at the begging of each day. This is how to honor God with you daily life. Every morning as you wake up say good morning to God and tell him you love him and thank him for his love, mercy and grace upon your life.

Thank God for your health and strength and for waking you up with life in your body and the air you breathe and the water you drink. Now that you have put God first in your day you have honored him. Now continue to honor God when you eat say a blessing and when you think you can do all things in life without any help remember to call on God.In Matthew 10:20 the words of Jesus states even the hairs on your head are counted. In closing if you always honor God he will honor you.
